LZ Granderson not only gives me food for thought but the man always seems to get a chuckle out of me. He hits the nail on the head and holds back no punches which he does again with his article called “Huntsman, best candidate for a third party”. We all are thinking the same thing with the upcoming president elections picking between the less of two evils called the Democratic and Republicans. I don’t anyone dictating what I do with my body, who I spend my life with and how I deal with my spiritual soul. What I want is an improved economic health, more jobs, the best education for my children and yes let’s not forget lower gas prices.
“So even though independent voters may have questions about Obama's ability to help the economy, and they may agree with some of the fiscal talking points of his opponents, when given the choice between him and, say, a candidate who wants to make abortions illegal, or discriminates against gays or Muslims, well he becomes a lot more appealing.1 Granderson. L.Z”
Are we stuck between a rock and a hard place as we move forward into the elections? It’s time that President Obama proves that he can improve if not complete fix the economy to those of us who still believe in him. So that voting for him to keep are rights for are bodies, choices on lovers and spirituality not feel like such a tough decisions. With this concept in mind becoming and Independent seems more appealing. Better yet how about those we vote into office take a real listen to what the American people who vote them into office really want and need.
