Darkness

i sit in darkness,

waiting for light,
memories flood my mind,
good,

bad,

worst,
i feel numb,

my heart so cold,
slowly i go down,

memory lane,
my thoughts me,

consuming the soul,

emotions stirring up,

tears,

they fall,

slowly,

they fall,

from my eyes,
Wrecked,

with,

Emotions,

that,

I can’t go back,

to fix,

So

i stand,

smile,

continuing my,

journey,

making,

more memory’s,

that will flood,

my memory lane,

some,

other cold,

night!
