The Theme for this year World AIDS Day is “Getting to Zero” the meaning of this theme is to have zero new infections, zero discrimination and zero AIDS related Deaths. (http://www.worldaidscampaign.org/)
Per the US Statistics from aids.gov the estimated new cases of infection is about 56,300 Americans. People dieing of AIS is about 17,000 a year within the Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men.
